Why did you come to NuYou?

I had been overweight and unhealthy for a long time, and was excited too tart the program with Sylva (my wife).

What did you enjoy most about NuYou?

The encouraging staff and how everything is measured out in your specific plan.

How has weight loss impacted your self-esteem?

I was excited to fit into the same size clothes I wore in college again!

Has your weight loss impacted your family and/or community life?

This last year presented many challenges as a teacher, and my weight loss helped give me the energy to get through everything! It has also given me a lot more confidence!

Has your weight loss improved your health or activity levels? 

It has lowered by blood pressure and given me so much more energy!

Do you look better and/or feel better?

Yes, I feel great about how I look now!
